SKRIBL will never publicly share your original photos. Only the illustrated or colouring-page adaptations may be used for marketing, and only where permission has been granted.

4. IMAGE RETENTION & SAFETY

Uploaded images are stored securely and accessible only to staff and partners involved in artwork creation, production, or support.

Retention period:
We retain your uploaded images for up to 90 days (3 months) after order completion, allowing us to:

  • Provide reprints

  • Resolve production issues

  • Support customer inquiries

  • Verify artwork or order details

After 90 days, images are permanently deleted unless required for legal or operational reasons.

5. MARKETING PERMISSION FOR ARTWORK

We will never publish or display your original uploaded photos.

With your permission (granted during upload), we may use illustrated variants only—such as the cartoon or line-art pages created from your photos—for:

  • Website galleries

  • Social media
